Can anyone recommend good teas?
I've been drinking tea lately - I'm on Atkins and coffee is out because I can't use milk.
Does anyone have any yummy teas they can recommend? (that don't have sugar in them)
Thanks!

Re: Can anyone recommend good teas?
I like your basic teas- Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Irish Breakfast. Most of them can be found in decaf and when I was on Atkins I used a little Splenda.

Do you use loose teas? (all you need is one of those teapots). If so, check out that place in Roosevelt Field- TEAVANA. They have all sorts of delicious flavored teas from all over the world.

Re: Can anyone recommend good teas?
I LOVE the Tazo teas, especially the Awake, Chai and Green teas. They brew on the strong side, so they are a good substitute for coffee for me. Not all are caffeine free though.
I also like a lot of the Celestial seasonings flavors. i drink a lot of tea at work in the winter time.

I'm not sure if you can get a hold of it in New York, but Twinings does a Camomile & Spiced apple that I absolutely love!

Re: Can anyone recommend good teas?
I would check out the tea store in Roosevelt Field Mall (Teavana). They have a big selection, and everything I have gotten from there was pretty good!

Lipton Chamomile Blend---it's my best friend lately! Plus chamomile is good for digestion!
And green tea is always a fave, but it's got caffeine so I can't drink it.
I also like Celestial Seasoning sLeepytime before bed...puts me right out!
