question about prenatals
i went to the gyno in dec and told her that we'd start to ttc sometime this summer. She gave me all different kinds of samples of prenatals.
I dont want to try all the samples, i'd rather just stick to one... Do you think i'd be okay just doing the cvs prenatals?
Also..do you think it would be too much folic acid, because i already take a multi vitamin every day that has 400 mcg of folic acid

I don't think you can have too much folic acid. But I'm sure the CVS brand is fine. I was taking the GNC's without Iron throughout my pregnancy because the iron would bind me up too much

All i have taken was the CVS prenatals, TTC and pg, and will continue when I nurse. No sides effects for me and they are soo cheap!

My Dr told me that prenatals have everything you need and to stop take the extra folic acid...also test them all out because some might not agree with you, so find the one that works best!

I wouldn't continue to take your multi Vitamin...because you may be taking too much of Vitamin A for a pregnant woman.. if you are taking both a prenatal and multi Vitamin
