Another teething question

Emma cut her first tooth - When will the next one come in? She seems to be irritable from it.
I thought that once the tooth broke the skin that the pain would be gone. Could it be that the next one wants to come in?

They pretty much pop out one after the other once the first one shows up so you'll probably be seeing another very soon. When Michael was uncomfortable while teething I'd give him Tylenol and put Night Time Orajel on his gums before bed. It helped alot.

Thanks!

I've been giving her Tylenol and it takes the edge off for a little bit... but she has woken up 2 times at night this week. So I know it's bothering her.

Alex cut her first tooth at 4.5 months, the second one popped out right after (the two bottoms). We haven't seen anymore yet, she'll be 6 months tomorrow.

My ped said no motrin at her 5 month appt. - She's going to be 7 months tomorrow - I wonder if I could give her motrin?
