Feeling so nervous
I just found out that I am pregnant. I am thrilled but all I can think about is the chance of miscarrying....like I am afraid to get too excited until I know everything is okay with the baby. Is this normal?
TIA

totally normal I was the same way
It's hard, but try not to think about the horrible what ifs, and just enjoy everyday with that little one developing, and before you know it, you will at the dr looking at the heartbeat

Re: Feeling so nervous
I just found out last night as well. I feel the say way. VERY NERVOUS about the what-if's and possibilities. It's almost like I don't want to get TOO excited b/c of the possibilities. But just try to think positive.

Re: Feeling so nervous
Absolutely normal! I STILL feel nervous and I'm nearing 28 weeks. I don't think the nervousness ever really goes away when it comes to having a child, you just get nervous over different things. You think maybe it will go away once the baby is finally born, but then you just have a whole new list of things to worry about. Ah, the joys of parenting

Re: Feeling so nervous
At 18 wks and no problems at all, I flipped at the beach today when I got caught up in a wave break. I did not fall or anything, the impact has me a nervous wreck though.
