Re: Looking for: Tortellini Salad Recipe
I make the tortellini, cool down.
add in pepperoni, salami, provelone cheese (all in small pieces), olives, red peppers, peas (and any other veggies you might want), then I toss this all with italian dressing...the zesty type.
Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Re: Looking for: Tortellini Salad Recipe
you could use a pesto sauce and mix in the california veggie mix (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) and serve cold.
I serve warm for dinner but have eaten cold as leftovers
or use McCormick salad supreme seasoning (recipe on bottle of seasoning)

Re: Looking for: Tortellini Salad Recipe
I love making a tri-color tortellini salad for bbqs. I change it up all the time. My fav is with peas, sundried tomatoes, some sliced black olives, peperoni, etc, and some shredded italian cheeses. I like to use Ken's Steak House 'Northern Italian' dressing.

Re: Looking for: Tortellini Salad Recipe
1 pack torellinis (cooked) 1 jar ceasar dressing (your fave) 1 cup dried cherries 2 cups cooked chopped chicken (the rotisserie ones already cooked at the store are fab) some yummy spices and herbe, like garlic, pepper salt, and whatever else you like some mozza cheese
Mix it all up and YUMMMMMYYY!!!!
