Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods? or AC?
Trying to do some research in planning a bachelorette party for SIL..
Let me know which you like better and why-- or if there are other suggestions for a weekend getaway within close driving distance..

AC!
There's just more variety....plenty of casinos along the boardwalk, all with bars inside. Depending on the temperature, there's life on the actual boardwalk itself too.
I don't like the trapped/limited/confined feeling I get from Foxwoods & Mohegan, and I really don't like that there's no poker room at Mohegan. There's just nothing to DO in that building besides gamble. You're very limited as far as restaurants and bars. I've found that the CT casinos tend to be an older crowd than AC.
Either way, I'm sure you'll have a great time!

I love Mohegan Sun, but, for a bachelorette party, I'd vote for AC. I think there is more to do.

Def. AC- We had Diana1215's bachelorette party there and we had a great time. We stayed at the Borgota and got 2 suites which were huge! We went to dinner and went to the club in the Borgota-the Mix. I just think there is a lot to do in AC.

Definitely AC. Check out the casbah at taj mahal. Its a dance club. Maybe you can stay there and enjoy the rest of the boardwalk as well.
