I've had t-mobile for about four years (started with them when they were VoiceStream) and have been happy with them.
We have a family plan, DH and I, with unlimited minutes to each other for $49.99 a month. I forget how many other minutes I have but I never come close to useing them. But I am also not a big cell phone person.

Verizon hands down. i've had sprint & AT&T and they didnt even come close to the service that verizon gives.

Really I never had a problem and I abuse my phones. but I never had another other service or phone to compare too, to.

I've dropped my phone too many times and the screen will go blank when it wants to!
Also their customer service isn't all that great when you need to contact them...
and there have been multiple times that I tried to pay online and the website was not working properly.
But in terms of service....not a complaint. Never lose a call and always have a signal. And now the new family share plan allows both lines to be in network!

Oh you mean like that. I dont use half the features on my phone and dont even know what they are for, LOL.

We've had Verizon for about 3 years and the service has always been really good. I had some issues with my first phone, but after some ANNOYING back and forth with repair, they finally gave me a new one (let me add to that though that I bought it from Radio Shack- will NEVER do again) so I think they were really the probelm, not Verizon.

If you want cutting edge phones... your choice is Cingular.
Here is how I rate the following services:
Verizon: Excellent coverage / Piss Poor phone selection
Sprint: Very good coverage / Average phone selection
T-Mobile: Average coverage / Above Average phone selection
Cingular: Above average coverage / Excellent Phone selection
Nextel: Average coverage / Average phone selection (most people just get Nextel for the Direct Connect)

The only thing holding me up from switching to Cingular is because when I first started dating my wife... AT&T screwed my wife BIGTIME when she had issues with her phone. They **** BAD and I refuse to give them any business right now because of this.
On the other hand.... I have only had GREAT experience with Sprint's customer service. The best thing about Sprint's customer service is the fact that they will frequently "negotiate" with you. If you bytch hard enough to them about certain things... they will give you the world. I have gotten numerous phone credits, free phones, free services, they practically gave me the world.
I ended up dropping Sprint to go to T-Mobile cause I wanted the 7100 Blackberry (TMO was the first to get it). I love the 7100... but I really wish I still had Sprint cause the Sprint network is much better than T-Mobile's.
