When getting shower invitations...
Do you put the MOH's name 1st as host or do you list all girls in alphabetical order?

When I did my sister's shower, I put whomever was mostly hosting first (which was me). I actually don't even think I put anyone else's names because no one else freaking helped me.

I just put "The Bridal Party" and list the names. MOH's name could go first but it's not necessary. As long as the person's name is listed with a phone number so people know who they are RSVP'ing to, I'd say you're fine.
Also just an idea. For our parties, I usually make up on email address for people to respond to, for example [email protected]

If the MOH is hosting the party by herself, just list her. If the other girls are helping list their names also, below MOH

The other girls... 2 are helping, one is in VA, one is in Spain and 2 are the moms who are helping.

I guess alphabetic is the best way. if the moms are helping also, you should include them

I agree. My mom and I gave my sister her shower so we just out our names. I don;t think we included the name of the bridal party.

If you're hosting and the contact for the RSVP, then I think you should put your name first. Then either in order of their help (like if there is only one other bridesmaid doing all the work) and then alphabetical order for the rest.
You wouldn't want to put Sally Ziegelmiesterachlacher last on the list if she's the one doing all of the work just because her last name ends in a Z!
ETA: I made that name up. In no way did I mean to single out any of the true Sally Ziegelmiesterachlacher's that may be on this site, or a friend of someone on this site. 
Also, for my sister's shower, I was her only bridesmaid. I only put my name on the invite for the RSVP. I didn't add my mother's name or my other sisters names even though my mom paid for it. It didn't occur to me at the time to add their names. As far as I know they weren't offended (or they were and they didnt tell me).
