Expired but unopened Ricotta Cheese?
Think it is still okay to use in stuffed shells?

If it hasn't been expired too long, I would say ok, because I know you can do that with milk. Open it up and smell it too.

I wouldnt use it.. i dont use anything past the expiration date. I wont even use milk the day it is to expire. My DH always says its still good the day of expiration, but i wont use it, i chuck it...

I think if you open it, it might be green. Ricotta cheese usually has a long exp date. if you just bought it I would return it and tell them its outdated.
