It's a bit early for me to really be thinking about this, but I figured you guys were experts here!

We are getting married in June - I am 32, he's 42. We will wait maybe a year before TTC, but maybe a bit less because I'm not getting any younger...

I have never taken any birth control - we use... tee hee - lets say - just "natural" methods, and I am like clockwork when it comes to AF.

I have a healthy lifestyle - eat well, exercise, the only thing is that I am a bit stressed now and I stress out easily...

If I am regular and never dealt with BC, Do I have good chances of getting pregnant? Can you even tell somehting like that?

does stress really get in the way? I can see myself being one of those women that want it so badly my body fritzes out on me...

I guess I would like to hear some words of encouragement.... advice , etc - thanks ladies!

ETA: He has 2 daughters from a previous marriage as well - so at least I know the plumbing works on his end! Chat Icon

I guess I would say, you have as good a chance as any one of us.
You just have to make sure
spermie ------> meets ------> Egg
Now,therein lies the challenge.
You'll be fine,Good Luck.

Unfortunatly there is no way of knowing whats in store. I got PG twice on one try. This time we thought it would take a month, I just had my 7th IUI today and its been over 15 months....So there is no answer to your questions. I have come to advise everyone I know not to wait. You wont be a million dollars richer, or a mansion later, but age is a big factor and not to scare people but educate them that its NOT easy to get PG.

BUT of course, people DO get PG their first try and theres no way of knowing that wont be you either Chat Icon

I guess if its meant to be its meant to be, huh? I know people in their late 30's who don't even try and boom - preggers!
