Engineer?
How much should I expect to pay for an inspection by an engineer? Does anyone have any recommendations?

WELL............we are buying the house in Lynbrook! We put in an offer tonight and the sellers accepted! I don't want to get too excited until inspection is done, papers are signed, etc., but we are buying a house! HOLY CRAP! So much to talk about tomorrow!

Gosh, we had our inspection done more than 5 years ago. If I rememeber correctly, it cost between $300-$400.

I think our inspection was around $500 - the guy took 3 hours - VERY thorough! Here's the info:
