Restaurants in times square..
I am looking for a restaurant in times square. I am buying tickets for my mom and sister to see movin out before it closes and since there is only a 3 o clock show on sunday, I would love for them to go to dinner afterwards. Does anyone know of any good places around there, that are in someway affordable?? TIA

I work in Times Square- I know it (too) well.
What are you looking for- the big places- Carmines, Tony's are great. Ollies is also great food- but its crowded and loud.
There i sa great small Italian place called Osteria De Treatta on 44th between 6th and 7th. there is also a french bistro called une deux trioi on the same street. There is also a great restaurant down the block frmo Ollies- It has an irish name, but I can't remember what- I want to say Angus something- really good nice sandwhiches, grilled chicken, etc....
What kind of food/atmospher are you looking for?

I would walk over to 9th Ave and go to Rachel's. It is between 43rd and 44th on 9th Ave. It is a cute little place that has really great very reasonably priced food.

DH and I went to a Cuban place called Victor's Cafe last night. It is a little further uptown;52nd st. Very nice place. There is always Blue Fin. Gallagher's for a steakhouse is nice (pricey though); I haven't been there in a while, however.
