Anybody buy new build
we are in contract for a condo in a new building -
the question is did you have a home inspector check the property to make sure there were no issues that the builder should cover

We recently purchased a new construction home and didn't get an inspector to check it out before we bought the house which was stupid on our part. I would strongly suggest it because you just simply never know, it's better to protect yourself.

We bought new construction and the mortgage company had an inspecter come and check out the house...also when we did out walk thru, we did it with the builder and anything that we needed fixed or touched up, they made note of before we moved in.
