Getting rid of slate/stones and ornamental grasses

Hello all!
I am in the process of sprucing up the yard now that it is getting a bit warmer. The previous owners had paths/stepping stones all over the yard which DH and I recently took out. We arent going to use them so if anyone is interested please FM me.

We also dug out about 6 ornamental grass plants which we don't want either. The old owners just had waaayyy too many so if anyone wants those, FM me. This is kind of what they look like once they start growing again in the warm weather.
