has it been ongoing??
i was having really bad neck/upper back pains. we got new pillows (the tempur-pedic ones), and so far it seems to have helped alot.

I usually try to apply some heat and see if it helps.

heat , a hot shower, advil and maybe go to the chiropractor. I used to have neck and back pain a lot and now I go to the chiropractor and I do not have this pain anymore. HTH, Feel better!

Stress?? Its a perfect excuse to have DH give ya a nice neck massage!! But I agree with the heat, I get that ften and lay down for a whe with a heat pack on and it usually alleviates some of the pain. Feel Better!!
