Has anyone had a personal trainer?
How much do they usually cost?
Was it someone at your gym?
If so, which gym were they associated with?

i just got one this week. i went to NYSC and had a free session on Monday and then bought 10 (it was $740   ) but if it is the only way that you'll get motivated to go (as in my case), i think its worth it. NYSC also has a starter pack for $99 (one 45 min & two 30 min sessions i think?)

Yes. I had a trainer for 6 months. She was great, but she is out in Manorville.
She was $50/hour.........

My sister joined KOGAFIT in Selden and she sadi the personal trainer sessions are $50 a hour.

I did this last year before my wedding. I joined at my gym. I paid 1200 for 24 sessions. It was 8 weeks three times a week. By far the best workouts I ever got and in 8 weeks I lost almost 30 lbs. I had also met with a nutrionist. The workouts were very tough. I would definitely do it again if I had the $$$ to.

lots of them
most recently I did wedding ready at NYSC but anyone can do it
it's 3 months- 2 sessions a week for $1475
which is alot cheaper then then regular packages- you just can cancel a session- which is good IMO
