Leg Cramps...
What did you do to relieve them? I have had one for about two hours now. Tried to stretch it out but, that is not working. TIA

Re: Leg Cramps...
Sometimes if you pinch the two ridges of skin under your nose hard it loosens them up. It's a chinese pressure point thing that works really well on charlie horses. Sometimes I have DH pinch it if it's a really bad cramp.
And if you can point your toes toward your nose helps too.

Re: Leg Cramps...
Me either. I woke up with them a few times and had no clue what was going on. I started yelling and woke up DH, scared the crap out of him.

TRY eating more potassium aka banana
I just started getting Charlie horses and the dr told me to eat 1 banana a day and drink lots of orange juice.

Re: Leg Cramps...
Believe it or not.. CHUG water... a lot... muscle cramps increase at night because your body is filtering and digesting everything.. your leg muscles are actually slightly dehydrated... WATER is teh ONLY thing that will truly help... Good Luck!

This worked for me when I was pregnant - bananas & a lot of water. It also works when you're not pregnant.

I was told the same thing from my doctor. I've been getting them pretty often now - and its so painful!
Its from the extra belly weight and your poor legs trying to hold and balance yourself - try not to overdue any activities and rest up if you can.
