Trader Joe's - a new and interesting way to get in your healthy oil . . .
I just picked up TJ's Hot and spicy Chili Oil. It comes in a little bottle (almost like tabasco sauce) it was really good. The main ingredient is canola oil. I tossed it with noodles and steak and it was VERY yummy. It is 40 calories and 4.5 grams of fat per tsp. and that goes a long way!
