Green Tea

Did we talk about this already? I forget.

I think I heard a rumor that green tea increases CM? I've been drinking Turkey Hill Diet Green Tea this week and have noticed a difference.

Re: Green Tea

Green Tea, is controversial when ttc. I have read that it increases NK cells. (natural killer cells). I definitely wouldn't drink it during pg. It does help with cm but.....so do other things.

Drink lots of water, baby carrots, carrot juice, (trader joe's vitality drink), anything that is 'orange',....pumpkins...etc. (the betacarrotene is what converts to vitamin A and really helps), I am also trying homemade lemonade....very little sugar and real lemons, and evening primrose oil, alfalfa tablets. Robitussen works for people who have thick mucus and need it to be a bit stretchier.

Evening primrose helps increase the estrogen levels, you take it from AF till O. Then stop, after O.

Of course switching all your veggies/fruits to organic , is a good idea. The pesticides that are put in fruit/vegetables interfere with the estrogen in our bodies.
