sciatic nerve
the past few days I have had REALLY bad pain on my left side of my back..I am not sure if it goes down my leg or not...it really hurts to walk..It doesn't hurt when I am sitting..Does this sound like Sciatica?? I am just about 38 weeks..is there anything i can do..tylenol doesn't really help...

Yes, it sounds like sciatica. You could do pelvic tilts or try not to sit too long. Sorry. Its almost over.

I am just recovering from that, for now anyway. Doc said heating pad, tylenol, belly belt and reclining. She also said to get up and stretch and walk around every hour or so to try to avoid it. I must say, nothing really elped for me either. Hang in there.
