How much should a basic basement remodel cost?
We have been getting estimates anywhere from $8,000 (we would have to pay for carpet and light fixtures ourselves) to $20,000 for the same job We can't figure it out!!
We have a fairly small basement and just want some sheet rock, some lights and carpet
This is so frustrating
