I would email as well. It takes the 'on the spot' feeling out of the whole thing.

And also - will you be addressing reasons why you haven't spoken? I feel like in an email you can really get your thoughts out without interruption. JMO.

true..but honestly we both know why...

so rehashing it won't do anything

I know this person is a selfish person who has drama in her life 24-7
BUT i do miss her in a way

It's a tough call - but you know your friend and your relationship best!

OH Yeah!!

It's weird, Phil and I keep running into her parents, we saw them at Target last Sunday. She has been emailing me, left a message on our home phone and called Phil on his cell but didn't leave a message.

Part of me wants to respond her, I miss her.

I definitely know the annoying feeling of tug a war.

Re: Friend Sit

I would start with E-mailing first and see what happens i mean she can still be that selfish person and you dont want to really start a friendship up again because they you will say why did i get involved with this person again. I am sorry i dont want to be the negative person but i knew a person that i did not speak to because of immaturity and selfishness and i did give her a nother chance and it backfired i just dont want to see that happening to you jenn!Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Friend Sit

I would base it on how you used to communicate the most. For example: If you mostly called each other, then call, if you mostly emailed, then email.

Re: Friend Sit

Think about what it will really mean to have this person in your life again. I have rekindled two friendships that I wish I had left alone and with one, it was tough to get out of it the second time around.
