What do you use to clean wood floors?
Vacuuming seems hard on the floors to do all the time.

Ooh, I never vacuum them. I sweep, swiffer, then mop. Gives them a nice sheen

Re: What do you use to clean wood floors?
I vaccuum first with the hard floor attachment. Then I use this kit I got from Home Depot Expo. It is a Swedish Floor Cleaning system that has a microfiber swifferlike thing(nice because you can just throw it in the wash when you're done. It works GREAT! It was like 20 bucks for the spray cleaner and the mop thing but it was worth it. Good ab workout too!

Re: What do you use to clean wood floors?
i used to go out w/ someone who refinished hardwood floors for a living and he used to recommend vinegar/water solution that would leave the floor feeling squeaky clean. no residue

I agree vinegar and water is what I use....no residue and CHEAP I found that the swiffer hardwood floor cloths leave a residue that you have to rinse off/dry with towel before it dries on its own...its a PITA
