DVD Question
Hello,
My friend has lent me a Baby Einstein DVD but when I plop Noah down in front of the television, he isn't interested in looking at whats on the TV, he is more interested in staring at the curtains (they are nice curtains, but not nice enough to stare at and smile at for *minutes* on end) How old were your little ones when they started to take interest in things like the tv? How far should I place him away from the tv? How loud should the tv be?

Re: DVD Question
I can't remember how old my daughter was when she was interested in something on tv. I guess just try it from time to time. We had an Einstein video and my daughter never had any interest in that at all. They definately have their individual tastes.

Re: DVD Question
My daughter started watching the Baby Einstein Language Nursery at around 5 weeks. We put her in her Papasan in front of the t.v. at night, when the lights are low, and she was really drawn to the lights, contrast, & sounds coming from the t.v.! I know she can't really see too clearly yet, but it certainly did get her attention...and still does!
