Question for the Pregnant Ladies

I'm sure this has been asked before- and I really did try to search for it- but I couldnt find any posts about it.

How soon after Conception did you feel symptoms?

Thanks!

Re: Question for the Pregnant Ladies

I had no idea- I even had oral surgery with anesthesia and everything thinking there was no way. Two days after surgery- BFP!

Re: Question for the Pregnant Ladies

I basically had regular period cramps, etc. around the time of my period, so probably 2 weeks later. But my period just never came. I don't know, I didn't even need a test to know I was prego. And even when my first test came back negative, I wasn't convinced. Low and behold, that next test, it QUICKLY came up positive!

Re: Question for the Pregnant Ladies

It felt like I was getting my period. Sore boobs a little cramping. So it had to be a week or two after conceiving, because I remember thinking I'm getting my period.

Re: Question for the Pregnant Ladies

5, 6, and 7 days after I conceived I was incredibly nauseous! I was struggling to function. I said to DH if I'm not pregnant then there is something seriously wrong with me. Then I was at a party that weekend and my friend got sick (from drinking) and I was gagging and almost threw up - normally I have a pretty high tolerance to smelling puke (nice right?). That was the other tipoff that I was PG. Other than that, no real symptoms (my m/s and sore bbs came at about 6 wks). Good luck!Chat Icon

Re: Question for the Pregnant Ladies

A few days before AF I had a horrible metallic taste in my mouth, like I was sucking on pennies.

Re: Question for the Pregnant Ladies

Crampiness at 4dpo and then randomly the rest of the 2ww- normally i have no cramping until AF shows up. Then terrible gas pains! Chat Icon Then, just no AF.

m/s didn't start until I was 6/7 weeks along.

Re: Question for the Pregnant Ladies

I can't recall exactly when but I do know that in my 2ww I had to urinate A LOT but didn't think it was related to that at all. Good luck!

Re: Question for the Pregnant Ladies

About 8DPO I had cramping both times. 11 DPO I had nausea, but mild. The cramping got much worse 14DPO...3 weeks DPO I was wiped out.

Now it's just nausea and food aversions. FInally getting my energy back at 10 weeks.
