I watched it yesterday and had the same reaction. BUt I am so mad at her, she knows better. That will never hold up in court.

is the dead guy the same guy who tried to buy her a drink?
You know, how they filmed it was confusing, b/c you see her waking up, then an eyeball looking through that little house, then the dead guy, then back to her, so I'm confused about the story line.
