Fresh salsa (need recipe)
nothing beats fresh vs jarred.
Looking for a great one if you have one you use.

4 plum tomatoes diced 1 white or red onion diced 2 cloves garlic diced 1tbl spoon celantro 2 limes squeezed
mix all ingredients together add salt and pepper to taste

thanks. Your's is a lot simpler than what I found. Never made it before. My dinner last night got me inspired to make my own!!!! I got one that calls for tomatoes, scallions, colantro, garlic, oregano, jalepeno, rep pepper, yello peppers, olive oil, lime juice, sale & pepper to taste.

You can definitely add jalepeno if you like them ... but I've never eaten real salsa with bell peppers or scallions or oregano in it, I don't think at least.
It's just tomatoes & onions (and jalapeno) as the main (chewable) ingredients ... the rest should just be seasoning (garlic, lime juice, etc...)
