Re: Racheeeee...Not parenting related
Do you really? Its not very popular here. Its starting a new series..Ardal O'Hanlan (who was Thermoman) has left and has been replaced by James Dreyfus, who was in some Working Title movie...let me think which one...ooh Notting Hill, he was the camp guy who worked in the Book Store with Hugh Grant (drool)
I don't watch it, but if you like that you might like a BBC show called My Family, it tries to be an American Sitcom, but just misses the mark if you ask me!

My dad watches that show. He LOVES British sitcoms. I think his favorite is keeping up appearances.

Re: Racheeeee...Not parenting related
Well I must say that I am pleased to see that my television license fee has gone to good use! Its just a shame that you don't get shows from Channel 4, like our totally insane Big Brother (here are some clips to see how mental they are) Big Brother Link or channel 5's the Baby Mind Reader!! Or ITV...Have you heard of the X Factor? Its a bit like American Idol with Simon Cowell & Sharon Osbourne....or my favorite at the moment Love Island...where they send some z-list celebrities to live on an island and try to force them to fall in love..so z-list that Steve-o from jackass is on it this year!!! AND this is the icing on the cake of reality TV in the UK...we just finished a show for a sports charity called Only Fools on Horses, which was basically Celebrity Show Jumping. OMG.
I could go on, but I won't

I love Father Ted! My friend is in a band and for their last album Graham Linehan (who wrote Father Ted) directed their video, and I went to a party and met him! I was in total awe!! Father Ted is absolute television gold!!!

Right, I have never watched Love Island, it is my favorite in so much as I can't believe its real. I swear I have never watched it.
Didn't watch Green Wing, never really got into it. But I do so love British Telly. I think its the best in the world barring Japanese telly...which I saw but never understood...
