Watering Down Juices ? - What is the proportion to water/juice?
Julia is constipated and i just got my hands on my prune juice - its all they had at the supermarket.
I wanted to give her some and add water of course - what is the proportion - how much do u water it down?
DD is 6 months next week.

I always watered it down a lot! 75% water, to 25% juice or even less. Now he still gets it watered down at about 50-50.
Add a splash of the prune juice to 4 oz. of water and see how she does.

I've never used prune juice since we've never used juice to help with constipation but when I make her regular juice it's always a 50/50 mixture!

For regular juice, we water down 50/50. I'd say since prune juice is pretty strong, water it down even more than that.
