Anyone a loan officer?
Do you like your job? I'm thikning about leaving my current sales job for this and would love feedback. How is the money, how are yourhours, is it 24/7? I know it takes a while to gt things going but did you struggle for more than a year? Any info would be great!!

my husband was a loan officer- he is a AVP now- supervising Loan Officers
but his hours are long 10 am - to 9pm
the is usually no base salary- the pay out can depend on the company
normally arond 40%
there are good months, great months and not so great months
he was a stock broker so he had sales experince- it takes about 4 to 6 months to get a pipeline going
where are you looking? b/c he is hiring in Garden City

a good month- is $5K
a great month is $10k+
a bad month is 0
