Extreme Makeover house on Long Island
Not sure if this has been talked about already or if it is even true...
But I heard the extreme makeover house is for sale?!

It's funny that this should come up. My mom said the other day that she heard the house is for sale cuz the taxes went up so high, he couldn't afford to pay them. I thought (and I may be wrong) that he was a city fireman....and I wouldn't think the higher taxes would be that much of a problem.

He is a Suffolk County cop - AndreaLMT is related to him - I think she would have said something if the house was up for sale. I don't think it is though.

There have been rumours that the Piestewa family (from the "Jessica Lynch" episode) were selling the appliances and other furnishings in the house to raise some $$. I do not know if it was ever confirmed though.

I am sorry you have had to hear all these rumors and I am really glad that John & the boys are happy!
Me too. I am happy that they are happy. My DH was treating a friend of his (my DH is a radiation therapist) who was 27, married w/ a 3 year old son. She passed away last weekend and I thought of your family.

They are two different houses. The one iwth the porch in the middle is the Vitale house. The other house is the MLSLI House.
