Home remedies for a cold?
What do you do at first signs of a cold? I usually drink lots of OJ and take Airborne and wash my hands compulsively

Re: Home remedies for a cold?
I take golden seal with ecchnicia (sp?). GNC makes a good one...I usually buy the fingerprinted version. It ALWAYS works for me. Just yesterday, I swore I was going to get sick and I took two pills with a nice glass of water and got a good night sleep and this morning when I woke up, I felt better. I think it costs like $20-$25 a bottle, but sooo worth it. Feel better

Echinacea w/goldenseal. I get it at Trader Joe's
I was as a dog last week for about 3 days and then it suddenly went away, thanks to echinacea
ETA: I get it at TJ's because it's so reasonable there. about $6 for a bottle
