ready to kill Burlington baby depot

SO,
we bought our crib a month ago, when my husbabd brought it home the box was taped up but I figured it was fine, well we decided to put it together yesterday and there are pieces missing, the screws are in plastic shopping bags and there are no instructions..
So I call them today and they find it impossible that a crib was resold and it was the manufacturer.. i said woudl the manufacturer put there ieces in used shopping bags, I got no appologies, no answers but I was told I had to call the corporate office to see if I can have it returned becaus the store does not except returned cribs.. Um you obviously have already.. so now i call the corporate office and got a machine.. I just want to finish the nursery.. soooo mad.. and I could kill my husband for not checking the box ..
So i siad to burlington what am i supposed to do w/ a crib and no pieces but my daughter in it and then there will be a law suit since you sold it to us that way.. they were quick to be nicer..
but still no appologies..

Oh man, I'm sorry.
IMO they are terrible - I wont even shop there anymore.

I'm sorry. We were so nervous when we got Sarah's crib there since their return policy is crap. We got lucky that time, but I think we're going to BBB this time (I need a new set for the new baby) and I don't need the stress.

I hope they clear it up. If not, maybe complain to the manufacturer. I bet they'd be disgusted to hear how crappy you were treated and annoyed that it's being pushed off on them.
