Chicken soup
Anyone have a yummy recipe with just chicken & veggies? Maybe to add some rice or noodles?

I dont have a recipe persay , my gram just told me how to make it... i take chicken ( i dont like dark meat ) so i use either split breasts or boneless breasts boil them in a pot of water , usually with soem cut up onion and garlic for flavor until done , let cool ...skim the fat etc off the top of the water then i cut the chicken into little pieces , put it back in the water and add chicken soup base (to taste) , salt pepper garlic ...then i add fresh carrotts cut up, cleery , frozen peas and corn
in a seperate pot i make either elbows or egg noodles and add them to teh bowls of soup before eating otherwise if i put them in the actual soup they get too smushy!!!
