CM question
Here's a stupid question for you...
is CM the same thing as discharge? so all these years what I considered to be discharge was really CM??

Yes- generally they are the same. Although, now that I'm "educated" on the topic of CM- I would now consider "discharge" to be something unhealthy (like yeast infection).
Remarkable how little we know, huh? It took me 32 years to learn the difference.....

I really suggest that you read the book Taking Charge of your Fertility. It is a very informative book that explains alot about your cycle, I think that every woman should be required to read this book. It is a shame I waited until I was 30 to read it.
