has anyone ever heard of a deal falling through if they need to get termites/ants treated?
i'm so nervous! We want this house so bad, but its got ants...if they wont treat it, we'll just do it ourselves!

I don't have an answer, but wanted to tell you we're going through the same thing. We got the termite report in the mail on Saturday and evidently, there's termite damage. The bill for treatment is about $1000. If the owner refuses to pay for it, then we will...we're not going to lose the house over a grand!
