Hair cut question...

My hair is long, straight and thin and all one length. I don't have a pic or I'd post it. But it just sits there looking blah! I've never really gotten a professional haircut since I was little. I haven't been able to trust a hairstylist since I was 5. I had VERY long hair and they cut it all off when they weren't suppose too. I mean as short as a guys hair style.

Anyway, I think my hair is just too thin to be this long and all be one length. It looks scraggley. I thought maybe if I got my bangs angled and the back cut with long layers might look nice. What do you think?

I'm not exactly sure what long layers looks like. I can't seem to find a pic of it. My hair has been the same forever! I'm tired of it. I don't want to cut it short. I still need to pull it back into a ponytail for when I go to the gym. Any ideas? Thanks!

Getting the bottom blunt cut will make it look alittl thicker, and I think long layers, and maybe even long bangs would look great!!!

Long layers will give your hair body and get long bangs so that you can still pull it back.
My hair is cut just like that except you wouldn't know it now since I have been putting it up because it's just too hot out!
