When should I switch bottle nipples?
I've been using Dr. Brown's bottles and Katie is 10wks old now...when should I switch nipples to a bigger nipple hole?

My DD is 2.5 months old too and still using the stage 1 nipples. I have some of the stage 2 nipples all ready to go and I plan to switch when she starts having trouble drinking or seems to be struggling with her feedings.
