We have french doors, not sliders to the back deck. It's off the dining room. Here's some, too bad the curtains block the doors!

I don't know if you're only looking for "sliders", but we installed a triple panel french door.
This is the only shot I have of it right now: The doors on the right in the photo. The far right panel is stationary and the middle and left panel open inward.
We considered sliding doors, but we wanted a wider opening for when we entertain.
ETA: they came with grilles, but we didn't put them in. (We will eventually down the road when all the windows are replaced.)
