I think we are going to skip gifts for eachother and go somewhere for a long weekend (like Florida, or Bahamas).
As for everyone else, I have no clue.

I think I'll be doing it all on-line this year.
Since we got engaged we cut the list way down just to immediate family. It was getting too much.

I've been thinking about that a lot lately and I still have no clue. My biggest challenge as always is what to get for the girls at DH's office. There are about 20 of them, every year the list gets longer !

We do a lot at best buy and borders/barnes & noble for both eachother and immediate family...
DVDs
CDs
Books for my mom, the nieces, our daughter...
Calendars...

I actually get most of the gifts for the nieces and nephews at Costco. They have great prices on PS games, books, DVDs and toys.
For other people, I pick things up as I see them.

I got very excited at CVS this morning- they have gift cards for EVERYWHERE!!! If I get stuck not knowing what to get anyone, I'm heading to CVS.

I'm doing some Visa Gift Cards for most family.We set the limit and then pick out what we want.My DD's however I have no clue what I'm doing

I send out gift certificates! I cannot waste my time picking something out and then worry the will not like it.
