Honestly - next time she does that and says "Just Joking" - I'd prob say back to her in a snotty voice, "Well your jokes aren't funny" or something like that and walk away!

Be honest with her- tell her that while she claims to be kidding her tone says something else and it is annoying you and can she please stop.
If all else fails I have some good practical joke ideas.

i would say if you dont stop you will go to the boss and file a complaint against. tell her you dont find what she does to you funny and you know its not a joke what she says to you and tell her in a serious tone ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ALREADY than give her one of those looks like you mean bussiness. sorry you have to go through that at work.
