Organizing my recipes

I just unpacked all of my recipies and they were spilled over in the box that I had them in. It's a mess!! The box was too small for them anyway.

I have recipes in all size cards and newspaper clips, so a 4x6 box won't help.

Any suggestions on how to organize them??

Thanks!!

Re: Organizing my recipes

I have a binder that my non-cookbook recipes are stored in. I just used sheet protectors and put them in. I use this for ones that I've found online (allrecipes.com) ones that my mom has written out for me as well as pages that I've torn out of magazines like Cooking Light so I don't have to save the entier magazine.

Re: Organizing my recipes

I actually put most of mine in a photo album. Th ekind where it's a full page and you peel the covering off and place the photo and smooth the covering back over it. It easy and the recipes don't get ruined!

THANKS for the ideas!! My recipe card holder is busting and I needed a new idea. I have all these pages torn from cooking magazines cluttering up!
