Who would like to see our new DR floor.....
What do you think... They are hopefully painting the room tomorrow....

We did laminate... It was so much cheaper and Its easier to maintain...

If you don't mind where did you buy your floor and how much did you pay? We have been looking and theLaminate seems to be the same price as the hard wood.

i have a silly question - did you rip up your old floor or did you put the new one right on top?
We're thinking of doing this, but we have those 12x12 self-stick tiles down now and know we SHOULD rip them up (put down by previous owner, they seem fine just ugly), but weren't sure if we really had to...

We went to LI Paneling and picked a clearance one up for only $2 sq. ft
SOOOO CHEAP..... 200 sq. feet for only $400

I was told you should have a sub-floor - We hgad plywood under the carpet so we didnt have to -
