Feeling sad today
I dont' know what's wrong with me. I stayed home from work today cause of the snow, just didn't feel like trecking in 20 inches of snow today..
I have no appetite, my DH is in school for his MBA 2 nights a week, in addition to working 40 hrs, I see him max like 3 days/nights a week since when he is home he is doing homework.
I think it's the bedrest and not being able to get up and do things like i want, my type A personality is being surpressed, maybe.. I can't even muster the strength to take a shower... I can't drink water, I gag just thinkin about it, and I have too...
I just want to cry....
please tell me this is normal....

Re: Feeling sad today
hang in there. I think it is normal to be upset that you can't do the things you want to do because of bedrest. Do you have a good book handy? or what about making a scrapbook for the baby when you are home? How about a bubble bath? Do the relaxing things you won't be able to do once the baby comes.

Re: Feeling sad today
I'm sorry and it is normal. Your hormones are crazy right now - and you are stuck in bed without DH. I totally understand. I'm home today too and DH is working today and tonight too - I'm feeling blah.
Baby Story is on and Bringing Home baby so I'm bawling my eyes out watching that. LOL Maybe you could rent a movie on cable or something? Or read or write in a jouirnal (I keep a pregnancy journal). I also keep busy by putting pics in my photo albums...I was way behind.

Its completely normal - sending you hugs!! Just remember that bedrest will be over in a short time and your baby will be here before you know it

Re: Feeling sad today
i think it def a mix of hormones, and feeling isolated and alone a good majority of the day. I can only move around for 4 hours a day, and I already used that up..
I have started cross stitching, and I think i will def start a journal. I am sure it could help to get my feelings on paper.
i wish i could just make it go away..

Re: Feeling sad today
I love to cross stitch and needle point as well. I am taking it easy myself and only go out if I have to! I keep myself occupied with things around the house, cross stitch, reading, phone, tv, internet, etc... Hang in there
