Wow, very old tile in bathroom. Kitchen has one of those tiny apt. stoves/ovens.
I was in Levittown today and my friend had the appraiser there... her house appraised for $470K
No basement, no garage, undormered upstairs

Thats the same style cape you have, right? Danielle and I had the appraiser at our new house last wednesday, I am not sure what it appraised for but I am sure that it was higher than what we are paying.....On our block there is one house selling for $499,999, 2 houses down from us, and one across the street selling for $499,999 too. They were both dormered, and I am sure their taxes are a lot higher than ours, but that is crazy money...and really good for us if they sell
