DELL - Laptop Battery recall
Dell is recalling 4.1 million laptop batteries because they may overheat and catch fire/smoke... thats alot of batteries!

Just got mine replaced.
Funny because it did get really hot but it came in handy on those air conditioned trains.

Just got mine replaced.

how did you get yours replaced?
did they just send it to you?
did you contact them?

I called Computer Services in my company. They did it for me.
I beleive you would need to call them. They should send you one. You use the packaging of the battery they send to send the defective one back.
