Low Point Bar foods?
Why oh why did I start Weight Watchers the day I had planned to go to happy hour with friends?
I know I have my flex points - and I'm sticking to Light Beer... But what would be some lower point foods that I could stick with? I'm looking through the book, and it's confusing me

Umm...Start tomorrow.
Are you eating dinner beforehand? If so...fill up so if you "munch" you can stick with pretzels or steal the celery sticks off of someone's buffalo wing plate! Or, if you're having dinner...stick with a grilled chicken salad, but be careful with the dressing.
Honestly...You can use your flex pts in one shot tonight...just make sure you're extra careful for the remainder of the week.
