Anyone use a bumbo seat before???
I just bought one and it's cute, and it seems to work. Matteo is only a little over 3 months so his head is still bobbing around when he sits in it, so obviously I'll only let him sit in it when I'm right there. But he loves to sit up.
Anyone else heard of these or used one!? Thanks!!

Karen & Catherine: Thanks for posting! How old were your children when you started using it? My son's head is a little wobbly but he can hold it up...it's safe, right?? He seems to love it, he loves sitting up! In his carseat I always see him straining to hold his head up when I'm driving and look at him in the mirror. It's pretty funny!
Marcie--Let me know how your daughter likes it. h

My daughter was about 3 months and 1 week when I got it for her. She could definately hold her head by herself, but sometimes it would get a bit wobbly. She really does very well in it. If she sits in the Bumbo for a long time she starts slumping, but that's usually by the end of our meal (we put it on the table with us while we eat dinner). Here is a pic of her in it.

That sounds about the same with Matteo. He's about 3 1/2 months now. He's pretty tall so he sits up higher in it so there's a little less support w/ his back b/c of his height. That's what it seems like. He's 25" and almost 15 lbs. My big guy. 
Your daughter is ADORABLE!! That is a great picture!!! I will have to take one soon and show you Matteo in his!

I had one for my son.. he hated it! So i sold it... but most babies do like them.

I put Ella in it for the first few times this week. She's only 7.5 weeks but has been holding her head up for awhile now.
She's still a little small for it, but she enjoys it.

I started putting Brendan in it at 3 months. At first, even though he could hold his head up pretty well, he always seemed to be slumping over. He's also always been very long so I think the back wasn't high enough to support him either. Now, he's always trying to lean over to grab his feet or whatever might be around that he can reach so it seems like he's always hanging out of it. If he's not trying to grab something, he's trying to chew on the piece that goes between his legs! We really haven't gotten much use out of it.

Yep we love ours too. However, they have nerve to charge $40 for this piece of rubber....
BTW Rachee my 5 mos olds thighs get stuck too  Yet my gf's 1 year old fit fine
