2 BR CO-OP for Sale in Bayside- New Kitchen and Bathroom

Windsor Oaks allows pets?
I never knew this... are you sure about that?
Windsor Park does not allow dogs... but you would never know that because people have dogs there "illegally".

They USED TO allow pets, but a few years ago decided not to....but owner who already lived there before the new rule were allowed to keep their pets.
If you want a pet-friendly complex Alley Pond Coops allow all pets. I bought an apt. in 2002 @ 75K and sold it in 2004 @ 160K!!
But -- this is a lovely apt., I am sure your FI will sell very quickly!!!! Good luck!!

I think they change the pet rule almost daily. Everyone has a dog though. People are very good about picking up after them too.

You have to find out if the co-op will make any new buyers sign a "pet waiver" at closing.
If they make you sign it... then you cant have any pets... period. If you break that rule... they would consider that a voilation of your proprietary lease and that can lead to big trouble.

I heard that they used to NOT allow dogs there, and now dogs are allowed.
