If u travel from Massapequa/seaford to queens 4 work
If u take the SOB to SS and then the belt....how is the traffic around 7am. where do u hit it the most? how much time do u give ur self to get to work? the reason why i ask is bc i may move there. TIA

traffic isn't too bad at 7am, but the usual traffic spots are by the wantagh and the meadowbrook...then of course there is always the wonderful belt parkway

I go from Levittown to Bushwick, Brooklyn every day for work...
I take the Wantagh to the Northern/Grand Central to the Jackie though...becuase I HATE the SSP!

I commuted to Hofstra from Fdale, so I took the SOB to the SSP - for an 8am class, I ususally left at 6:50am - get to school by 7:20.
If I left after 7, thats when the traffic started.
The belt near JFK is usually rough no matter what time!
